General Betting Rules
- Eligibility to bet: Only verified customers aged 18 or older who complete registration may place a bet. Betting is not allowed where prohibited by law.
- Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted once recorded on our servers and shown in your bet history. A bet receipt confirms acceptance. We may refuse any bet or set betting limits for risk and compliance reasons.
- Odds and markets: Odds may change before bet acceptance. Markets can be suspended or closed due to an event change, integrity concerns, or technical issues. Settlement is based on official results from recognised authorities.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are shown on the bet slip or market page. We may adjust limits per account, market, or event.
- Settlement of bets: Winnings are calculated using the accepted odds and your stake, subject to market rules. If an event is void, postponed beyond the stated timeframe, or abandoned without an official result, related bets may be void and stakes returned.
- Errors: If a bet is accepted due to obvious error in odds, market, or settlement, we may void the bet or settle at the correct odds. An obvious error is one a reasonable customer would identify as incorrect.
- Cash out: Where available, cash out values are not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn during an event or due to technical issues.
- Multiple bets and restrictions: We may restrict certain combinations or related contingencies to protect the integrity of the markets. Collusive or syndicate betting is prohibited.
- Cancellations and voids: We may cancel a bet if you breach the Terms, if required by regulators, or if there is evidence of manipulation, match-fixing, or misuse of information. In such cases, stakes may be returned or winnings withheld subject to investigation.
- Records: Your bet history shows accepted bets, outcomes, and returns. Keep a copy for your records and read market rules before placing bets.
